Best Repairs is a leading appliance repairs and installation company in the Sydney region, servicing and installing products for globally recognised brands such as Westinghouse, Siemens, Smeg, Haier, and LG.

**About the position**

The position of an experienced repair technician will incorporate the following tasks:

- Installation of whitegoods at client sites Install, maintain, repair, and test a variety of electronic equipment including but not limited to computers, audio-visual equipment, security systems, and communication systems. Home theatres. Security system.
- Diagnose faults by inspecting electronic equipment.
- Repair and replace defective parts of electronic equipment.
- Liaise with clients to identify common and specific product malfunctions, advising of basic troubleshooting methods as required Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions.
- Manage inventory and use of specialised equipment for installation and reparations as needed.
- Can provide excellent customer service and timely liaison with office team Other ad-hoc duties as directed.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety procedures, regulations, and standards.

Driver’s license to attend to call-out enquiries.

Own tools (certain equipment will be provided as per specific tasks).

Basic computer skills Flexibility in work schedule.

Team spirit.

Ability to follow OH&S guidelines (safety is priority).

Suitable qualifications pertaining to safe handling of electronic equipment.

5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.

Annual salary will be between $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.
