**This new opportunity is for a Building Receptionist/Building Coordinator with Fortstone Property Services**:
We are looking for an experienced full-time front-of-house Building Receptionist / Building Coordinator for the brand new luxury residential apartment block One Subiaco, located in Subiaco. This role is the primary contact for all residents, providing information on the operation of the building, building amenities, wayfinding, resident services, and administration assistance to the Facilities Manager. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm role, with 8 hours per day and a 40-hour week.
To be successful in this role, it is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist/clerk in a hotel, high-end apartment building, or commercial building. The Building Receptionist / Building Coordinator will possess a friendly, customer-centric approach and present well when liaising with residents, guests, and visitors.
Working closely with the building Facilities Manager and Cleaners, you will ensure that the building is well presented and that amenities are clean and tidy.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- High level of administrative skills & attention to detail.
- High level of computer skills with Microsoft Office & G-Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
- Team player that is reliable and can work in with the needs of the building in a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
