Currently seeking a highly organised and driven Safety Administrator/ Coordinator for an established and well known Tier 2 Builder who have a strong pipeline of future work.

Reporting to the Head of Safety you will be required to do the following tasks:

- Manage the ongoing development and updates of the Hammertech online Safety platform.
- Support the consultation of & administer the continual improvement of all company Safety systems, forms, permits and Standards.
- Manage and develop monthly group and board safety reports, presentations & training packages.
- Support auditing & business accreditation.
- Support group and executive team to manage and schedule safety meetings & keep records and minutes.
- General team administration support.

**Skills you will need**:

- Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills.
- A positive attitude, be autonomous and professional.
- Proactive, excellent time management, organisation skills and attention to detail.
- 2+ years of construction site safety experience as a minimum.
- Excellent computer & technology literacy.
- Hammertech/ safety platform development experience would be highly valued.
- Site construction & safety experience would be highly valued.
