**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking a fulltime enthusiastic individual to join our customer service team. You will be a key member of customer service team, handling in bound calls, processing domestic & export orders & credits, preparing & managing required documentation, flexible to handle multiple activities and in availability, delivering focused excellence in each area of service to customers. Reporting to Customer Service leader, you will be working with cross functional teams across the business, domestic & export customers, and actively participating & supporting business initiatives and growth opportunities requiring comprehensive support from customer service team.
Key responsibilities include;
- High degree of personal and professional skills
- Organised, result-oriented, increasing service quality, supporting sales and customer base
- Highly competent in communication (verbal & written), able to build relationship with customers internally and externally
- Understand current systems, processes, trackers and company product offerings
- Offer the best possible customer service by listening, acknowledgment & helpfulness
- Accepting ownership of customer query and closing the loop working with multiple departments and areas
- Result oriented including addressing customer complains effectively & in timely manner
- Have an eye for detail to ensure accuracy of data &/or information being provided to customers
- Flexible with start and finish time schedule to cover departmental resource needs
- Able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently & work with cross functional teams across the company
- Have initiative and drive to learn and use training mediums provided by company to enhance personal skills
- Fully adhere to company EOH&S policies and practices
You are a high energy and focused individual, having excellent interpersonal & communication skills and an eye for detail, ability to take ownership & act quickly, confident decision maker who enjoys working closely with people across all levels to deliver excellent customer service. Ideally applicants will have had previous experience in busy customer service environment, have export and credit processing experience. Ability to actively support customer enquiries, order demands and business growth objectives is essential.
**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
