**REGIONAL MANAGER**:

An exciting opportunity has arisen with RB Sellars for a dynamic and experienced Regional Manager. We are seeking a commercially astute leader, to inspire our retail stores teams across Australia & New Zealand to exceed budgeted sales goals whilst promoting a positive culture. Reporting to the General Manager RB Sellars & supported by a Retail Operations Coordinator, your focus will be to lead and motivate the teams to deliver results across all retail sales channels whilst establishing consistency in process/systems across the retail store network.

The Opportunity:
An exciting opportunity has arisen with **RB Sellars** for a dynamic and experienced **Regional Manager.** We are seeking a commercially astute leader, to inspire our retail stores teams across Australia & New Zealand to exceed budgeted sales goals whilst promoting a positive culture.

Reporting to the General Manager RB Sellars & supported by a Retail Operations Coordinator, your focus will be to lead and motivate the teams to deliver results across all retail sales channels whilst establishing consistency in process/systems across the retail store network.

You will be instrumental in representing the RB Sellars brand and ensure that store teams are equipped with the right tools and mindset to provide the ultimate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement the RB Sellars business strategy for growth in sales & expansion of retail store network (16 stores currently).
- Leadership of the Retail teams, instilling a high performance and customer focused culture, promoting strong sales & brand growth.
- Strategic direction to retail teams ensuring they are given the knowledge, motivation, encouragement and business tools to drive achievement and successfully meet their KPI's.
- Analysis & reporting on sales results & product offering for right stock levels, mix and allocations making recommendations increase in sales
- Proactively developing & presenting business strategies, events & promotional concepts for Retail trade to drive success.
- Implementation & development of retail training & development programs including best in class induction programs for employee development & retention.
- Ensuring a high standard of Workplace Health and Safety and environmental management within the retail channels.
- Proactive feedback & direction on retail sales & customer insights to Head Office departments including product, merchandise, customer service communicating.
- Leading by example, promotion of positive and dynamic relationships between retail team and Head Office.

About You:

- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in a multi site, fashion/apparel operations role (Retail ops, Area Mgt)
- Exceptional Leadership, communication & people skills to engage and develop a united team
- Customer centric approach
- Experienced driver of sales, sales administration, stores merchandising, operating rhythms
- Knowledge of Retail systems - T&A, Rostering & Merchandise (preferred AP21)
- General Retail Industry Award, NES and General Employment Relations practice in relation to retail operations
- Excellent time management, organisational skills & communication skills
- Strategic thinker, with a solutions-based mindset
- A love of the country, an understanding of our customer and an alignment to our core values
