- About the role:
- Are you an adept strategist with a knack for driving business growth through innovative investment and value creation? We're seeking a Commercial & Advisory Manager to take charge of our Technology department's strategic initiatives and financial acumen. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind efficient programs, business case formulation, and investment success.
- What you'll be doing:
- Forge and manage a sustainable process for Technology investment and value creation, leading to the achievement of targets and the realization of efficiency programs.-
- Collaborate closely with Technology teams to develop robust business cases for strategic programs and projects, ensuring clarity on costs, benefits, and resource implications.-
- Lead comprehensive planning, analysis, and recommendations across Technology in partnership with Portfolio and Vendor Management teams.-
- Pave the way for driver-based forecasting, constructing a compelling narrative that highlights value and potential.-
- Partner with Technology leaders, holding them accountable for targets, while offering alternative perspectives and support for favorable outcomes.Liaise with Finance Business Partners to ensure alignment with corporate and budgetary requirements.-
- Foster a culture of efficiency, effectiveness improvement, and a mindset focused on commercial value.- About you:

- Showcase strong leadership abilities, demonstrated through adept problem-solving, analytical thinking, and conceptual skills.-
- Bring proven experience from a strategic or commercial role to the table.-
- Exhibit a track record of constructing compelling business cases and achieving positive commercial outcomes.-
- Possess excellent communication skills, adept at crafting insightful analytical reports with contextual depth and scenario analysis.-
- Show proficiency in influencing stakeholders of varying seniority levels and collaborating effectively to build and sustain relationships.-
- Thrive in dynamic environments, showcasing the ability to drive progress, overcome obstacles, and embody an entrepreneurial spirit.-
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines within a small team setting.-
- Hold a degree in a relevant field, preferably finance or commerce, with higher education being a plus.-
- Bring experience in operating within a matrix leadership structure.-
