Bartender and Mixologist

**Responsibilities**:

- Crafting innovative and delicious cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and house-made syrups and infusions.
- Providing exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, making recommendations, and creating personalised drink experiences.
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including proper handling and storage of ingredients and equipment.
- Collaborating with the bar team to develop seasonal cocktail menus and specials.
- Demonstrating expert knowledge of cocktail techniques, flavour profiles, and trends in the industry.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working as a mixologist or bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and cocktail ingredients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude during busy shifts.
- A passion for mixology and a creative approach to cocktail creation.
- RSA certification (Responsible Service of Alcohol) is required.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Tips
