At Training U For Work, we deliver valuable, job-ready, and nationally recognised qualifications and vocational short courses Our courses support learners to develop core skills to build knowledge and confidence to embark on further study and enter the workforce.

As a Sessional Trainer, your main accountabilities will include:

- Delivering professional and engaging training in person.
- Sourcing and organising student work experience placements.
- Participating in the development of assessment strategies and tools.
- Conducting initial training reviews to determine the individual needs of the clients.
- Maintaining a quality service delivery that optimises stakeholder satisfaction; and more

They are responsible for providing dynamic and engaging instruction, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks, and tailoring training to meet individual learner needs. Training is conducted in person, with some occasional interstate travel required, allowing you the flexibility to make a meaningful impact on your learners.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Vocational competency in Building & Construction, Warehouse, Hospitality, First Aid, Retail, or Housekeeping.
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor, or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with specified units, or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
- Current valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel, including occasional interstate travel.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain.
