If you’ve read the book The Alchemist, you’ll know the magic of travel and how inspiring it can be. I remember backpacking around the world so vividly, I was meditating inside the Great Pyramid of Giza when I first came up with the idea of combining two powerful plants into one transformational oil. I made my first batch and within 6 weeks it was selling in stores.

Fast forward to today, Ritual Oils has now taken the world by storm, and we're only just getting started.

The role includes providing customers with a kind and uplifting experience, and assisting them with any queries they may have such as tracking issues, order modifications, and general product-related enquiries.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. If this sounds like you, we want you on our team.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Attend to and reply to all customer enquiries within a timely manner in-line with company expectations.
- Resolve any order problems to ensure all orders can be dispatched correctly within the expected timeframe.
- Identify any order errors you are unable to solve and communicate to the e-Commerce team.
- Liaising with freight partners to track and follow up on any late/missing parcels.
- Communicating customer feedback to relevant departments within the business.
- Identifying areas for improvement and to better the overall customer shopping experience.
- Processing online orders, making changes to orders as per customer requests, printing pick lists and manifests, etc
- Following and improving upon existing SOPs and KPIs

**Skills & Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience in similar customer service & business admin roles within an e-commerce framework or similar preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Great interpersonal communication skills and be well-presented
- Have excellent digital and computer skills to engage with our customers through each communication platform
- Previous experience with Shopify, DHL, Ready To Ship and/or other CRM platforms will be highly favoured
- Organised and reliable with a can-do attitude
- Can work in a collaborative environment as well as autonomously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Understanding of our product range and our customer base

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-38 per week

**Salary**: $27.00 per hour
