We are seeking a high motivated, results driven leader to work with a team of Early Years Specialists, Practice Team Leads and Administration Officers to deliver high quality evidence informed practice that results in positive outcomes for children and their families.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure supports for children and their families are evidence informed and align with contractual obligations and program guidelines, adhering to best practice principles.
- Cultivate a positive work culture, promoting resilience, celebrating achievements, and encouraging continuous improvement within the team.
- Analyse and identify trends, opportunities, and risks to inform quality improvement and guide strategic direction.
- Drive a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction within the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

**About you**

You are a visionary leader with a deep understanding of early childhood intervention and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) framework. You are passionate about driving excellence and delivering high-quality services to children and families. You possess strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving outstanding results.

**Qualifications**:

- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline including education, allied health, social sciences, or management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership position.
