In this energetic role you will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to build customer relationships and be able to multi-task. You will also need a passion in providing exceptional customer service.
**Reporting to the Team Leader your responsibilities will include**:
- Processing & updating customer orders, documentation and follow-ups
- Meeting KPI’s and providing a high level of work standards
- Updating client & order information in our MIS
- Liaising with our sales teams to maintain and grow sales
- Outbound calls to existing and prospective clients
**Excellent Working Conditions**:
- Sign on bonus
- Annual salary review
- Full time: 40 hour week
- Working Hours: 8.30am to 5:00pm - Monday to Friday
- Flexible work from home hours 2 days per week after probation period
