**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Contract and Vendor Management**: Review existing contracts and MSAs, and handle new vendor relationships, including negotiation of terms.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage purchase orders and reconciliation, tracking spend against approvals, and focusing on renewals. Oversee a substantial annual budget of $20M, delivering monthly reports to stakeholders, Finance, and senior management.
- **Strategic Planning**: Participate in workforce planning and high-level discussions about financial strategies and budgets for the next fiscal year.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously identify areas for process enhancements, optimising operations and reducing risks.

- **Contractual Knowledge**: Strong skills in vendor evaluation, Master Service Agreements, contract negotiation, and management.
