**Key responsibilities;**
- Working closely with the Head Coach and coaching/teaching staff across all squads, including assisting with the National Age and Performance Squads
- Attending and encouraging swimmers to attend club nights and promote joining the Rackley Swimming Club to compete in Local, State and National level competitions
- Coaching school groups and teams during school swimming terms.
- Working closely and collaborating with swim school managers, swimming teachers and all of the Miami Centre team
- Collaborating and working with other coaches across the Rackley Swimming group.

**About You**
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can build and balance the multifaceted nature of the role. Key traits and experience we are seeking include:

- Prior coaching experience is essential
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with swimmers and stakeholders and take them on a journey to their personal best
- Leadership and collaboration skills, willingness to engage and mentor junior coaches whilst open to continued personal and professional development
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously

**The qualifications required for this role are**:

- Coaching accreditation - ASCTA Development or Higher
- S&C - Lv1 Strength; Conditioning desirable
- Current Blue Card
- Lifeguard qualification
- Willing to undergo a National Police Check
