Are you currently studying a Diploma or Cert IV in Youth Work or a related field? Edmen’s Kickstart Program could be the perfect opportunity to get you started in the industry. Our Kickstart Program provides eligible students with the opportunity to complete placement hours fully paid while you study, with ongoing work available once your placement has finished, with our community service partner Infinity Community Solutions.

**About the Position**
We are looking for Residential Youth Workers across Northern and Southern Adelaide, from Golden Grove through to Noarlunga.

As a Residential Youth Worker, you will be privileged to work with some of the strongest and most wonderful young people who have experienced trauma and neglect. You will help provide a safe and nurturing home environment and support them in their day to day lives, teach them practical and social skills and be a role model in preparing them for adulthood.

**About You**

**What do you need to be studying to be eligible?**
Certificate IV or higher in one of the below industry related courses. Don’t see your course? There are many other qualifications that we can accept - contact us today to find out if your course meets our criteria.

**What else do you need to be eligible?**
- Australian Drivers License (Full class C SA license)
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate
- Child Safe Environments
- Infant Safe Training, or willing to obtain
- Current psychological assessment, or willing to obtain
- Able to commit to 3-4 days per week
