**About this position**

The City is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Building Surveyor to join the Building Services team. This important role ensures that Building Applications are dealt with in an accurate, timely and professional manner.

Salary range offered will depend on qualifications and experience.

Local Government experience is desirable, but not essential.

**Essential requirements**
- Relevant qualification or accreditation as a Building Surveyor Level 1 or 2.
- Current driver's licence.
