Our Clients are Australia's only manufacturer of resilient vinyl floor coverings, currently has an excellent opportunity for a qualified Maintenance Fitter to join their well established global business.

The person we are looking for must be able to work in a team as well as unsupervised. Job functions will include maintenance of mills, calendars, extruders (compounding and profiling), pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulics as found in the plastics industry.

Preferred skills and experience are:

- Extrusion and Coating machine maintenance
- Fabrication, Welding Mild and Stainless Steel
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Manufacturing experience
- Forklift licence
- Exposure to lean manufacturing processes

The position is a full time role working afternoon shift 3pm till 11pm

The role entails a variety of work, excellent wages, great working conditions including a Roster Day Off.
