- **You’ll support high level coordination of briefings, parliamentary material, correspondence and strategic advice to the Premier, Ministers and the department Executive.**:

- **This is a temporary Clerk Grade 7/8 role available up to December 2024, based in Martin Place, Sydney.**

**About the role**:
In this role you’ll be a key contributor, ensuring that the Premier, portfolio Ministers and The Cabinet Office and Premier’s Department Executives receive the most relevant, risk-assessed, and up-to-date information.
- Use the correspondence management system to review and appropriately action correspondence to the Premier.
- Critically review, allocate and track the Parliamentary Questions on Notice that relate to the department portfolios.
- Assist Senior Advisors in the coordination of the parliamentary and Budget Estimates briefing process, and support to the departments in ensuring the advice provided is provided within required time frames.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders in the Premier’s Office, Ministerial Offices, The Cabinet Office and Premier’s Department.
- Support the team in day-to-day operational activities including providing advice, direction, and feedback to the Assistant Advisors. Prepare and oversee reporting to the Premier’s Office and Department Executive to keep them informed of the progress of briefings and correspondence.

**Salary**: Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($106,025 - $117,363) plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
