We are currently seeking a super-efficient **Sales Support & Administration **professional** **to join our Colac, VIC branch. This is a permanent part-time opportunity. Our Colac branch has a heavy focu on Livestock and Livestock Administration.

**A typical day may look like**:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for providing support including:

- Performing branch administrative tasks including accounts payable, expenses, banking
- Maintaining our finance accounts and identifying opportunities
- Livestock sales processing
- Support in building our finance and insurance connections within the business and externally.
- Support in promoting the business through social media and media outlets. Through community pages and our Branch Facebook page.
- Maintaining safety processes within the branch

**What we’ll love about you**:
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a team support role in a busy environment and have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal communications skills to build solid long-term customer relationships
- Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
- Ability to identify ways to improve internal processes
- Current drivers license
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook & the ability to learn new systems quickly
