We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to live at the property or within 5 minutes to the property at Lane Cove North.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and warmly welcome guests upon check-in.

Conduct nightly audits using our computer systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Secure the property by locking doors and monitoring the premises.

Manage diverted phone calls, handle reservations, and attend to guest inquiries as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

High level of responsibility and commitment to the business.

Well-presented and professional appearance at all times.

Long-term commitment to the role.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
