Chiropractic Assistant

Working in a small practice in Noosa Junction you will be responsible for supporting our amazing Chiropractic team of 2 so they can provide the best possible care to our clients.

As a Chiropractic Assistant/ Receptionist it is your responsibility to set-up and manage a great flow within the practice by using your exceptional organisational skills and warm, calm personality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the chiropractor with patient care
- Greeting and checking in patients
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Maintaining patient files and records
- Assisting with billing
- Helping to maintain a clean and organized clinic

Your Attributes:

- Warm, bright, caring, calm to bring a welcoming energy to the space
- Be very good with basic computer functions or at least be able to learn quickly
- Proven customer service skills to reinforce and deliver on the practice vision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential
- Must be able to work well in a busy environment
- Must be trustworthy and reliable
