About the role

Our Vendor Replenishment Planner (or VRP for short) plays a critical role in our business, as the person who underpins the success of customer performance at Diageo. With the incredible responsibility of ensuring the right stock is in the right place for the right consumer to pick up at the right time, this role is the lynch pin between Diageo Australia and Coles, one of our biggest retailers. No two days are the same when you’re trying to ensure our supply chain runs smoothly

So, what does this role look like for you?

Be the face of Diageo to our key retail customer group, bridging communications between the two daily

Foster and develop strong working relationships with both Diageo and retailer partners, managing multiple expectations and priorities to bring our supply chain plan to life

Leadership of stock replenishment through order placement, managing the impacts of out of stocks and coordination of transport, claims and customer functions

Build and manage internal reporting capability and delivery across key supply metrics

What will you bring to the role?

Proven experience in an FMCG environment, ideally within a supply chain or analytics role

Previous experience in a Vendor Replenishment Planning role is highly regarded

Demonstrable communication and influencing skills of multiple partners, with a strong ability to prioritise needs

Strong system experience, such as SAP, excel and reporting abilities

A passion and desire to provide strong customer service and deliver exceptional outcomes for our customer groups
