As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation's success by being the first point of contact for staff attending the Human Resources Department. You will have the unique opportunity to provide invaluable administrative assistance and support to our esteemed Director of Human Resources.
**Operating in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, your flexibility, adaptability, and exceptional organisational skills will shine as you contribute to the smooth functioning of our clients operations.**

**Position Duties & Responsibilities**:
Prepare to embark on an exciting journey where no two days are the same As an HR Administrator, you will:

- Act as a trusted liaison, answering incoming telephone calls and queries, ensuring staff and external stakeholders receive prompt and professional support.
- Provide invaluable administrative assistance and support to the admired Director of Human Resources, managing their calendar and ensuring their activities run seamlessly.
- Uphold the integrity of employee personnel records, both in paper and electronic format, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Be at the forefront of efficiency by updating internal phone lists, Staff Directory, and House Allocations List, enabling smooth communication across the College.
- Embrace the challenge of coordinating Leave Requests process, streamlining operations to ensure a seamless experience for dedicated staff.
- Showcase your exceptional organisational skills as you assist with car parking registers, HR database maintenance, and data entry tasks.
- Collaborate with the payroll team, ensuring seamless coordination and communication regarding employee details and entitlements.
- Champion the wellbeing of staff by assisting with reviews, probation processes, and exit procedures, ensuring a supportive and caring environment for all.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Unleash your talent and build on your foundation of at least 3 years of experience in a similar administration role, ideally within a Human Resources Department, law firm, or school environment.
- Hold a current Blue Card and First Aid Certificate (or display the enthusiasm to attend the training required).
- Your strong administration skills, combined with a remarkable ability to work autonomously and under mínimal supervision, will ensure your success in this role.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, skilfully managing your time and organizational tasks to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrate unwavering discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information related to our staff and students.
- Your outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, will foster positive relationships with individuals at all levels of the College.
