- Work mostly from home - half a day in the office per fortnight (Endeavour Hills)
- Initially working up to 10 hours a week. Timing flexible. The role may grow.

A key role in the company, providing bookkeeping support to the Director.

Real Estate Analytics Australia, a forward thinking property technology company is seeking a bookkeeper to join our growing and friendly team.

REEA operates a real estate photography business and a short-stay concierge service.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Bookkeeping (accounts payable/receivable)
- Ledger management
- Allocating invoices to projects accurately
- Reconciling invoices in Quickbooks
- Review Quickbooks entries.
- Understanding of GST
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Managing a trust account
- Generate financial reports through Quickbooks
- Monthly payroll
- Weekly batch payments to suppliers
- Mainly work from home and occasionally in office when required
- Other Tasks as required (role may grow over time)

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous bookkeeping experience (ideally within a real estate company).
- Strong communication skills, including written communication.
- To be hard-working and honest
- Strong time management skills
- The ability to multitask.
- To be accurate with your work and have a keen eye for detail.
- To be someone with strong collaboration skills who is happy to assist with any task.
- Access to fast & reliable internet and good phone reception.

**Job Details**:

- We are looking for an outstanding person to hit the ground running.
- Most work will be done from home on your computer.
- Permanent part-time
- Part-time, 10 hours per week - might need more hours initially.
- Pay: $30 to $35 per hour depending on experience.

Expected hours: 10 per week

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- MYOB/Quickbooks/Xero: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping within a real estate company: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
