**Job Purpose**:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, this role is responsible for the coordination of all technical staff on site and the day-to-day workflow of all RMA activities whilst ensuring a high level of professionalism, quality and safety at all times.

**Travel Requirements**:
Up to 10%.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Manage RMA office related activities for the Perth based team, and coordinate tasks with other members of the Autonomous Systems support team, both MTS and KAL, and work closely with Brendale RMA office
- Establish processes and documentation.
- Attend all meetings related to Global RMA strategies and communicate these to the team.
- Supervise and coordinate all technical team members of the RMA office including providing leadership, guidance, training and coaching.
- Provide first level engagement with team members on performance, conduct and productivity issues, absenteeism, leave requirements and associated matters which are employee related.
- Promote genuine and meaningful safety interactions and positively encourage team members to ensure a very well organised, safe and productive work environment.
- Work collaboratively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure expectations and service level agreements are met.

**Required Skills**:

- Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing a small team.
- Experience in manufacturing, production and technical repairs.
- Exposure to planning and scheduling software.
- Understanding of 5S methodology.
- Knowledge of Komatsu Way
