Sales Representative

**VTSA DENTAL** is a leader in the Dental Manufacturing sector in Australia and Asia. Our Team delivers Dental solutions to clinics around the world.

We are currently looking for a Sales Representative to join our dedicated **Dental Laboratory Team, **with experience and knowledge of the Dental or Medical market.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Representative to contribute to the company growth through new and existing trusted partnerships with our Dental customers. You will be in a key position in establishing operations within Australia and New Zealand. This Role also gives a cross-functional opportunity to work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. **Requirements**:

- Consultive Sales experience working in the Dental industry (preferred)
- Collaborative team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills and an ability to achieve required outcomes
- Proven customer service experience and excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- A highly motivated individual who can work without direct supervision with a can do attitude.
- Previous experience working with Labstar Software and Salesforce desirable (training will be provided)

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
