- Good Mainframe skills with exposure to IMS CICS VSAM DB2 CA7 & Control-M
- Experience in designing and implementing DevSecOps solutions with a laser focus, automation and modern engineering techniques
- Experience in implementing enterprise grade solutions in a highly regulated environment with a strong focus on Scalability Security Logging Auditing
- Policy Management and Performance Monitoring for end-to-end process execution
- Passionate and have an obsession to solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices
- Proven ability to innovate and adapt to latest development in area of expertise
- Continuous improvement junkie '“ ability to constructively challenge the status quo look for better ways to do things and passionately advocate continuous
