We are excited to be supporting our Client in the recruitment of a Program Manger for a specialist OSHC Program in a school that caters to supporting children and young people with complex disabilities. This service is based in Leongatha, VIC.

- $35 to $37.90 per hour + super ($70,000 to $75,000)
- Located in Leongatha, VIC
- Full-time position (38 hours per week)
- Block shift - 10am to 6pm
- You will support in leading a unique OSHC program that supports the needs of children and young people with complex disabilities

**About the role**
- Support and guide a team to deliver high quality care in a high intensity program
- Provide support in training, coaching and managing a large team
- Plan and prepare child focused programs in a specialist school setting against the National Quality Framework and My Time Our Place Framework
- Demonstrate your leadership skills through planning and implementing programs that support children with complex disabilities.
- Work closely with the school community.

**About you**:

- Be actively working towards or have completed an ACECQA approved Diploma level qualification
- Employee Working with Children Check
- First Aid + CPR Certificate
- Child Protection Training / Mandatory Reporting
