**Role Dimensions**

We are a friendly and support team of nine. Our operating model is end-to-end service of our assigned client groups. Here is the overall dimensions of our payroll operation:

- Sitting within the People & Culture Team, we are a people focused unit and partner closely with the People & Culture agenda
- 6,000 employee, multi-entity fortnightly payroll
- 11 industrial instruments (primarily Fitness Industry and Hospitality Awards)
- ** Preceda Payroll Solution** (We’d love if you have used this product before. But not essential)
- Integrated Time & Attendance - **WFS - EmpLive **Time & Attendance Solution
- ** FlareHR **(integreated onboarding and HRIS)
- ** SharePoint** employee intranet

- This is a Monday - Friday role with free onsite parking available when at office

**Experience**

Although payroll is a technical skill, we understand great people don’t always have the exact experience we outline. We encourage applicants who believe they have the relevant transferable skills and the ability to do the job to apply
- 2+ years’ experience in a payroll team
- Experience in a complex and fast pace business (1,000 - 5,000+ employees.
- Experience in multi-award payroll
- Experience with NZ payroll (desirable, but not essential)
- Experience with the Fitness Industry Award and/or Hospitality award (desirable, but not essential
- Experience in a franchise business (desirable, but not essential)
