A rare and great opportunity is now arisen for a Customer Service & Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team located conveniently on Brisbane's South side. Whilst existing medical expertise is an advantage, it is not essential for the role. If you have a great attitude and personality with strong experience in client focused Retail, Customer Service and Sales we will teach you what you need to know about the DNA testing industry. Mature-minded and reliable, you're ready for a role to stay in for the long term. Security and stability are the first on your wish list for the next step in your career. You're a keen learner, immaculately presented and love to keep busy. Above all you possess a “glass half full” outlook on life, you easily connect and communicate with people in a natural way. You’re a powerful listener, curious about people, and have a ‘can do’ approach in finding solutions to people’s needs.

With over 20 years in the industry, easyDNA Australia is one of the highly regarded DNA testing companies. We are known for our outstanding service and high quality products and are backed by our professional and knowledgeable staff.

**In this dynamic and busy role, you will enjoy**:

- Ideally have a minimum of 12 months Medicine or Healthcare sales experience; attitude is more important though - we are willing to train you
- Have previous experience in a busy, multi-tasking retail or customer service role
- Have a strong customer service focus, with empathy, compassion and a drive to deliver the best customer solution.
- Thrive under pressure and work well independently and as part of a team
- Have strong communication skills, with the capacity to respond quickly to the needs of our customers
- Be a quick learner, with initiative and tenacity
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
- Have Proven experience and proficiency with Microsoft suite and CRM platforms.

This is a full time role working 5 days a week.
Please note all our staff are required to adhere to a business/smart casual dress code.

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Performance bonus
