This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, aspiring and customer focused **Retail Manager **to join our ever growing and well-loved family business.

The primary role of the **Retail Manager **is to lead our small team of employees and manage the overall store operation. Their responsibilities may include:

- Coordinating staff recruitment
- Coordinating staff training and development activities
- Supporting and contributing a cooperative organisational culture
- Assisting with customer service queries
- Merchandising stock and organising displays
- Resolving staffing issues and stock discrepancies
- Ensuring organisational policies and procedures are followed

- Previous fragrance and retail experience
- Effective leadership and management skills
- Ability to manage underperforming staff and other staffing issues that may arise
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems

- Strong communication skills among all stakeholders
- Dedicated work ethic
