Storeperson / Yardhand

We are seeking a Storeperson/ Yardhand to work for us with a mining company based in Bassendean.

**About the role**:

- Local work in Bassendean Engineering Workshop.
- Operating counterbalance forklift.
- Loading & Unloading trucks.
- Strapping - tying down various engineering products onto pallet, ensuring product is secured safely before loading onto truck.
- Picking orders.
- Pay rate is $35 per/hr+ penalties.
- Day shift, 6am start 8 - 10 hour shift (4 day week) - RDO every week.
- Immediate Start.
- Ongoing work.

**Skills & Experience**:

- High Risk Work Licence - LF.
- Previous strapping experience desirable.
- Previous experience working in an engineering warehouse environment desirable.
- Attention to detail.
- Fit for duties - there will be some manual handling.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol test.
- Current Driver’s License and Reliable transport.
- Current resume with two contactable work references.
