**About the Role...**

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our Playford 10 Project that provides young people in the north of Adelaide, the opportunity to develop their life skill capacity through activities such as music, creative arts, and sports.

The Playford 10 Community Partnership and Project Lead position effectively leads the development, coordination and administration of the program to deliver positive outcomes and contribute to children’s engagement. The position builds trusted relationships with the children and families, engages casual staff and volunteers to support the delivery of the program and ensures strong relationships with the schools, local service providers and other internal / external stakeholders.

The position also leads the Playford 10 project evaluation through accurate data collection, detailed analysis and recommended outcomes along with continually seeking improvement opportunities in the design and delivery of the project that positively influences children’s engagement.

The successful applicant will need to possess or be willing to gain a National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and a First Aid Certificate.

You will be a passionate and community-focused individual who has experience working with children and young people from diverse backgrounds. You are a strong communicator, both verbally and written, and can build and nurture collaborative and cooperative networks and partnerships.

You will have demonstrated experience in program and project development, management and evaluation, possess strong research skills with ability to compile and interpret a variety of datatypes and work proficient in software packages.

The successful applicant will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in Youth/Social Sciences
