**About the role**

This full-time hands-on role leverages your previous cleaning experience to provide high-standard service across the Hospital.

**Key responsibilities but not limited to**
- Collaborating with a team to maintain a hygienic environment for patients, visitors, and staff at the RAH
- Performing essential cleaning tasks such as floor care, dusting, damp wiping, and spot cleaning of doors, internal glass, bathrooms, toilets, fixtures, fittings, and vents
- Learning to conduct specialist cleaning duties, including infectious or forensic cleans, both reactively and on schedule
- Assisting with waste management, including the collection and disposal of various waste streams
- Adhering to specific work schedules and instructions.
- Ensuring proper disinfection and sanitisation of all areas.

**About you**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience in similar role with strong client services skills and significant commercial cleaning industry experience
- Awareness of building security and related responsibilities
- Experience operating industrial cleaning equipment
- Sound numerical competence
- Fit, active and energetic
- Highly developed attention to detail
- Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and establish timeframes
