**Role**: Receptionist - Head Office

**Employment Type**: Part time 30 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Goodstart is looking for a professional and customer focused Receptionist. As the first point of contact for Goodstart you will provide exceptional customer service.

We are offering a part time permanent position, 30 hours per week. We will require you to be available Monday-Friday. The role is based at our newly renovated Head Office in Murarrie, Brisbane.

**About the role**:
General administration tasks
Promptly attend to incoming telephone calls, forward calls to appropriate staff members, and accurately record and distribute messages when required staff members are unavailable
Greet visitors and ensure that the Visitors Register is maintained.
Maintain a high level of professional integrity at all times.
Arrange meeting room bookings as required.
Arrange taxis as required for centre support staff and visitors.
Maintain the front office/reception area ensuring that it is kept clean and tidy at all times.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:
Reception/office management experience in a large, multi-site, service-related organisation.
