About the Role

The Early Career Development Fellow (ECDF) Lecturer is expected to contribute to the teaching and research efforts of the College Learning & Teaching (L&T) portfolio, in business education relevant to the College of Business and Law. More specifically, the ECDF Lecturer is responsible for carrying out work integrated learning and international study tour teaching activities within undergraduate, Masters and Graduate Diploma programs and for maintaining and advancing their scholarly, research and/or professional capabilities.

About You

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
- Evidence of casual teaching for an Australian University within the past three years and have not been employed on a continuing/permanent basis at an Australian University.- Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver programs at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, including online delivery, and the ability to produce high quality curriculum or program materials, particularly in the area of education including work integrate learning and international study tours.- Ability to undertake course coordination role.- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with and to negotiate sensitively with students especially on issues related to effective learning.- Emerging track record and recognition for quality research outputs which will contribute to the learning, teaching and quality portfolio evidenced by publications, development of new research initiatives, competitive research funding, and industry links.-
- Ability to build effective networks with colleagues and generate alternative funding projects through effective liaison with industry and government.**Qualifications**:
