Venues Officer

**Casual**

**Salary: Band 2 - $38.11 per hour includes 25% leave loading + 11 % superannuation**

**We are looking for casual venue officers to work in our cultural venues**

**What you’ll be working on**
- Supervising an exciting range of community and commercial hirers and events within Council’s cultural venues
- Providing front of house services for Council’s performing arts program
- Setup, pack down and cleaning of the Williamstown Town Hall, Altona Theatre and Old Laverton School

**What you need to succeed**
- Passion and motivation for community events and the performing arts
- Relevant working experience in venue or event supervision, front of house, hospitality or customer service roles

In this role you would work with clients and contractors to deliver civic activities performing arts, community, cultural, corporate and boardroom event s across a range of venues including Williamstown Town Hall, Old Laverton School, and Altona Theatre.
