Our client is a long established, area landmark new car dealership located in Brisbane's Western Suburbs - Ipswich Area. They are seeking a Registrations Clerk to join their busy administration team. The job includes:

- Operating in a fast-paced environment working closely with Sales, Administration and Stock teams to coordinate efficient and accurate registration of vehicles.

Completing processes for registering vehicles ensuring compliance to TMR and Dealership procedures.

Carrying out and maintaining reporting and auditing around registration processes, plates, logbooks with keys and other resources required for vehicle registration processes.

Working as part of a Registration and Stock Control Team - cross training and providing cover and support in both Registration and Stock processes across all Dealership Franchises.

Ideally, applicants for this role will have:

- Knowledge of Automotive Dealership processes.
- Clear and professional communication style.
- The ability to accurately undertake a high volume of data entry and processing tasks, prioritising with strong time management.
- Strong collaboration and a teamwork approach.
- Current Driver Licence.
- Queensland Transport Accreditation.

Salary for this position will fall in the $55k to $65k range + Super (depending on previous experience)
