Recently teaming up with one of the world’s largest automotive franchises - Goodyear Autocare, we now run two businesses simultaneously, providing our customers with all their tyre, mechanical and accessory needs.

**About the Role**

As service advisor / workshop controller, you are integral to the daily success of the team. Supported by an existing team member, you will work collaboratively to exceed customer expectations.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Manage daily workshop operations, coordinating jobs to workshop staff to meet deadlines, problem solving
- Inventory management - Parts ordering, maintaining stock, purchase orders, receipting in and put away

**About you**

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Qualified Light Vehicle Automotive Mechanic with a minimum 5 years’ experience post completion of apprenticeship
- A coaching leadership style
- Excellent customers service skills - Ability to maintain customer satisfaction and conflict resolution
- Team player - Enjoy working within a team environment
- Adaptable - Able to respond quickly to changing environments and demands
- Current manual drivers licence
- AIS certificate, HR licence (preferred)

**How to apply**

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Automotive mechanic: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
