About the role

An opportunity exists for a talented marketing specialist to join the Trapeze marketing team. This role will work closely with the Marketing Managers for Emergency Services, Bus and Rail businesses in Australia to support the execution of the marketing plans for all 3 ANZ businesses. This will include a full mix of B2B marketing tactics such as integrated campaigns, brand, PR, conferences and events designed to help achieve marketing, sales and business objectives.

Here's a summary of the key responsibilities of this role;
Execute integrated campaigns and events across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, direct mail, and other related tactics;
Assist in the organizing of trade shows and industry events, arranging sponsorships and liaising with suppliers to coordinate marketing and promotional materials;
End to end management of webinars, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the best topics, securing appropriate technology, promotion and event follow up;
Track and report on campaign and event results to showcase the success of each tactic through Salesforce dashboards;
Working with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively being followed up and actioned;
Supporting public relations and customer marketing by liaising with customers;
Assist in the execution of relevant market research projects to increase Trapeze's understanding of key markets;
Ensure consistency of messaging, branding, content, and look-and-feel of all external marketing materials; and

Provide Marketing Managers with regular reporting on all marketing activities.

About you

This position requires a mid-level marketing specialist with generalist marketing communications skills. To be considered, your background and experience will meet the following requirements;
Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, communications or other relevant field;
At least 5 years' experience in corporate marketing communications;
Proven experience in marketing campaign delivery across digital and traditional channels, with strong skills in social media, eDM, content management, copywriting and event management;
Proven experience in working successfully as part of team, skilled in building long term professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
A consultative, positive and co-operative approach to stakeholder engagement;
Experience executing projects and plans using marketing project management tools such as Wrike, Asana or ClickUp; and

Confident and results driven with effective time management & prioritisation skills.

This role is based in Brisbane, offers a hybrid working model and flexible work hours. The position may involve some domestic travel within Australia and occasional overseas travel.
