- **Are you ready to make a difference as a HR Advisor in our People & Culture team?**

This is a newly created HR Advisor generalist position with an assigned portfolio of kindergartens, managers and staff. You will enjoy a variety in your day between engaging with employee and managers to build relationships, provide HR advice on Award and EBA queries, performance improvement, ER/IR, OH&S, end to end recruitment and administration. You also can stretch your experience to support designing and delivering key P&C projects and programs across the whole organisation. It is a true generalist role. You will be part of a caring and professional six-person P&C team that supports nearly 500 staff including our incredible teachers, educators, youth workers, support staff and managers who all work here to make a difference in the lives of children, young people and the community. The role also assists the Casual Relief team to coordinate internal casual or agency relief for staff absences. This support is one week a month for about 2-3 hours in the early morning or late afternoon evening and can be done at home. This gives a chance to connect with staff and managers to support them.

**The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate**
- Experience as a HR Advisor (preferred) or OHS Advisor transitioning to HR
- Demonstrated administration, organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or OH&S/WHS, completed or in progress (preferred)
- Willingness to travel to a variety of services across metropolitan Melbourne
- Own car and driver's licence required
