Food and Beverage Attendant

This role will be offered on a casual basis and you will need to be available to work during the week and on weekends. You will work approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.
- Set up for meetings in rooms as per United Co. standard
- Set up catering, provide beverages and clear away for internal and external clients
- Assist internal and external clients with requests during meetings, including Troubleshoot AV
- Liaise and collaborate with the Facilities Staff to provide a unified high-quality service to both internal and external clients in United Co. meeting rooms & event spaces
- Greet the chair/facilitator of each meeting to ensure their needs are met and they understand housekeeping guidelines
- Ensure food is correctly handled and to carry out food safety measures as per the food safety plan and report any breaches or concerns to the Community and Centre Manager
- Assist as required relating to advance internal bookings during the booking period each year

**Skills and experience**
- RSA and Food Safety Certificate preferred but not necessary
- Well versed in managing boardroom meetings and events
- Be familiar with relevant procedures and policies relating to meetings and respond to external and internal enquiries as appropriate
- To encourage positive communication & co-operation when dealing with other departments
- Ability to be proactive with a positive, can do, and friendly approach

**Salary**: $27.45 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
