Trainer & Assessor - Carpentry Qualification

NewGen Education has established itself as an eminent provider of vocational education to international and Domestic students. Newgen Education is seeking expression of interest from suitably qualified trainers/assessors to deliver a Certificate III in Carpentry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivering high-quality training and assessment to students enrolled in our carpentry courses
- Planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Developing and updating training materials and resources to ensure they meet industry standards
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support as required
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in training and assessment requirements.

To be successful in this role you should hold:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent a must
- Qualified and experienced carpenter with a minimum 2 years of carpentry experience
- A Certificate III in Carpentry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Construction Industry: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- White Card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
