UniSQ is seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded Associate Director to spearhead our marketing and recruitment efforts in the vibrant regions of South Asia and the Middle East.

**What youll do**

As the Associate Director (South Asia & Middle East), you will play a pivotal role in crafting, implementing, and overseeing diverse marketing and recruitment strategies aimed at expanding our international student pipeline. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our student load and diversification targets across established markets and burgeoning regions. By fostering strong relationships and harnessing in-depth knowledge of South Asia and the Middle East, you will elevate UniSQs brand presence, thereby paving robust enrolment pathways and catalysing growth across all campuses and faculties.

As the Associate Director (South Asia and Middle East) your key responsibilities in this role will encompass:

- Crafting strategic international recruitment plans and overseeing their implementation to meet student load and diversity targets.
- Monitoring recruitment progress during critical admissions cycles, identifying issues, and implementing solutions.
- Managing key recruitment channels effectively, ensuring positive relationships with partners.
- Designing and executing audience-centered international marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Activating the international agency network for optimised outcomes.
- Providing expert advice and thought leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Leading a culturally diverse team, fostering a positive and cohesive workplace.
- Managing operations, budget, compliance, and performance effectively.

**What will help you succeed**

Your in-depth knowledge and experience in the South Asia and Middle East regions and the ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders will be key to your success in this role. You will also have:

- Post-graduate qualifications in marketing, business, or relevant fields.
- Extensive experience in international marketing and recruitment, preferably within higher education.
- Expert knowledge of South Asian and Middle Eastern higher education markets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage challenges and drive cultural change.
