Etl Test Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Good expertise on ETL Test Manager or related roles.
- Delivery of multiple testing projects to approved scope, budget, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Responsible for working closely with external testing service providers to deliver test functions
- Responsible for assurance activities across all test deliverables such as review of test estimates, strategies, schedules, plans and completion reports.
- Management and influence of key testing stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Promote and instil test process excellence, efficiency, and reduced cost to project deployment.
- Manage testing vendors to quality commitments.
- Definition of Test Strategy for BI projects
- Performing a combined lead and test execution role on large pieces of project work as assigned by the Solution Design and Test Governance Manager.

**Key Tasks**:

- Project planning, resourcing and scheduling of their assigned engagements and provide support to Business Operations for delivery planning of other engagements
- Provide leadership to internal and external teams, assist teams as required with the delivery of services
- Be the ‘go to’ person for staff and customer delivery issues
- Ensure services and product delivery to clients meets client’s expectations and adhere to Customer delivery requirements
- Provide guidance on delivery methods
- Perform quality assurance for engagement deliverables (with assistance from Principals and Capability Leads)
- Ensure risk management is in place and applied to the delivery of engagement.
- Rich experience in governing and managing the IT testing function preferably within a financial service organisation.
- Experience leading large teams and programs for delivery of technical outcomes
- Proven reporting and documentation skills including the creation of strategic and tactical plans, producing reports for various audiences and the drafting of functional and non-functional tests cases.
- Agile delivery lead experience
- Expertise with CI/CD, and continuous testing
- Experience providing support for teams in excess of 20 staff
- Experience in managing outcomes and/or capabilities within large enterprise environments
- Strong risk management ability to assess projects, clients and environments for risks that may impact the business.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $165,000.00 per year
