Based in the beautiful Barossa region, you'll work within the Gawler Hospital, part of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network. This contract position runs until 25 July 2025, offering you the opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assessing and monitoring patients' nutritional status
- Developing and implementing individualised nutrition care plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
- Providing expert advice and education to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a qualified Dietitian with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are essential.
