We are looking for an enthusiastic Reservation agent to join our team and continue to provide exceptional customer service to new and existing resort guests.
**The Role**:
- Managing guest accounts and process payments.
- Dealing with requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- When required, working with other departments such as Housekeeping & Guest Services.
- A genuine passion for providing 5 star customer service at all times.
- Available to work seven days between 7am - 7pm across various shift times, weekend work is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced role while dealing with a high level of incoming calls and enquiries. High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of spelling, and grammatical ability in verbal and written communication.
- Experience in hospitality and/or sales.
- Experience working with NewBook or other booking system highly desired, Outlook and Microsoft Suite.
- Enjoy working both autonomously and in a team environment.
