**Responsibilities - Your Housekeeping Quest**:
**Master of All**: Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations, from the meticulous cleaning of guest rooms to the secret world of back-of-house areas.

**Architect of Perfection**: Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures that set the stage for a consistent, top-quality guest experience.

**Team Leader Extraordinaire**: Lead and supervise our exceptional housekeeping staff, ensuring they uphold our lofty standards of cleanliness and service.

**Scheduling Sorcerer**: Skilfully schedule and coordinate the work of the housekeeping team, always keeping an eye on occupancy and guest needs.

**Inventory Wizard**: Maintain a magical inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-stocked and in tip-top condition.

**Inspector Gadget**: Conduct regular inspections to unveil maintenance and repair needs, guaranteeing that all areas meet the resort's high standards.

Proven experience in housekeeping management in a luxury hotel or resort setting.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
