Dispatch Supervisor

**Based in Warriewood on Sydney's Northern Beaches**:

- **Monday to Friday 7.30am - 3.30pm**

Our client is a leading print company providing signage and visual merchandising for some of the key major retail organisations Australia wide.

With everything designed and manufactured in-house it is an exciting and interesting place to work and one where you would certainly be able to develop printing and design knowledge and acumen.

Due to an increase in production our client needs a dedicated Dispatch Supervisor who is willing to work in the warehouse too. Our client is looking for someone they can continue to really develop your career within the company.

**Duties will include**:

- Checking paperwork for all dispatch requirements, packing orders in preparation for dispatch.
- Weighing and measuring packed goods to determine the correct freight options.
- Entering information and printing consignment notes, ensuring correct labelling of all packages.
- Booking freight couriers and obtaining freight quotes where necessary.
- Liaising with Project Managers and Account Managers regarding dispatch issues.
- Maintaining freight paperwork and manifests.
- Loading and unloading trucks with a forklift.
- Maintaining a clean and safe dispatch area.
- Assisting during stocktake.

**What you need to be successful**:

- Full working rights **(no visas)**:

- Live on or near the Northern Beaches of Sydney
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Well organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Trustworthy with impeccable work ethic
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Punctuality and reliability
- Physically fit and able to cope with manual labour
- Forklift licence
- Strong computer skills including Excel and Googlesheets
