**About The Client**

Our client is a reputable motel located in the charming town of Yass, offering a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. Our motel is well-known for its exceptional service, delightful ambiance, and a wide range of amenities that ensure a memorable stay for our guests. Being a part of a large nationwide company, our client offers long term opportunities and growth within their business, with venues located in WA, NSW, VIC & QLD and expanding further.

**About The Position**

The couple will need to be diverse in their skills. You will be required to manage the entire front of house operation including the reception, reservations, accounting and all other duties of front office managers. You will also be responsible for the housekeeping and customer service/satisfaction. The role will be 6 days each for the couple and they will be provided on site accommodation which includes an extra room for anyone with children This role would be suitable for a couple looking to move closer to the snow or the nations capital and wanting to bring their hotel experience to the beautiful town of Yass.

- $120,000 - 140,000 + Super + Bonuses

**Position Requirements**:

- Previous experience in motel/hotel management or related hospitality roles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to guide the team effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and reservation systems.
- Willingness to relocate to Yass and immerse yourself in the community.
- Full Australian working rights.
