**The Position**
**Position Title: People and Culture Coordinator
Classification: Grade 4
Salary per hour (exc. super): $46.99 - $50.52
Hours per fortnight: 60.8 to 76 hours per fortnight
Employment Status: Ongoing, Full Time or Part Time
Other requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination

**Your new role**

To support growth and development within the team we are excited to offer a new development opportunity. We are looking for a HR generalist with 1-2 years’ experience, who is looking to further develop their career. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your HR knowledge and gain hands-on experience in a large and diverse organisation.

As People & Culture Coordinator you will provide support to the People & Culture Industrial Relations and Advisory Team. You will undertake projects and process improvements as required, updating and developing policies, procedures, protocols, guides and associated documents as well as other duties to support efficient industrial relations activities across the service. You will also provide support and advice to managers on a range of queries and have the opportunity to be involved in workplace investigations and disciplinary processes.

And if you're looking for flexibility, we've got you covered. This position is available full-time or part-time (60.8 hours per fortnight). We can offer flexible working arrangements to suit your needs, including the ability to work from home on a regular basis or work a 9-day fortnight.

**Your new team**

Our People Advisory team are lucky to work with more than 5,000 clinical and non-clinical managers, staff and volunteers across Bendigo Health. We also work closely with our People and Culture teams, sharing knowledge and expertise to deliver the full range of people services, so that our staff can focus on consistently delivering the highest level of care to our patients, their families and carers.

We’re a small but close-knit team and we regularly pitch in to help each other out during busy periods. There will always be someone available to talk through a particular issue or help you find the information you need. Come and join us
